Nancy Dunleavy, Founder and CEO – Founder and CEO Nancy Dunleavy is a Standards for Excellence® PA Licensed Consultant and was named by LEADERSHIP Philadelphia as one of Philadelphia’s “Top 101 Connectors” and by the Philadelphia Business Journal as one of the 25 Women of Distinction in 2006. Ms. Dunleavy brings an extensive network of contacts and relationships to clients of the firm. Her ability to “cross industry sectors” has been cited as one of the characteristics of true “connectors” and she is successful in engaging collaborations between and among the nonprofit, educational, political, and corporate communities.

Prior to founding her firm, Ms. Dunleavy spent more than 20 years as a senior financial manager and administrator in the health care sector, including 10 years as Chief Financial Officer of Friends Hospital and Behavioral Health System and also 2 years as the Senior Vice President for Corporate Development. A committed and engaged community leader, Nancy enjoys contributing her time and talent to several nonprofit boards of directors in the region. She is a member of the Gwynedd Mercy University Board of Trustees where, after 10 years of serving three consecutive terms as Chair, she completed a total of 15 years of service in 2020. Recently re-elected, she rejoined the Board in June 2022. A past director for The Alliance for Women Entrepreneurs and The Union League of Philadelphia, Nancy is also a member of The Forum of Executive Women and a founding member of Social Venture Partners, Philadelphia.
