Bancroft, a large regional human and healthcare services organization serving people with autism, intellectual and developmental disabilities and neurological conditions, has named Colleen Bianco Bezich VP of External Affairs. Bianco Bezich will be charged with developing and executing strategies to strengthen relationships with policymakers, nonprofit coalitions, business leaders, and community influencers to increase Bancroft’s impact.

Bancroft is in a period of accelerated growth in an effort to increase access to services for everyone who needs them. Bianco Bezich's appointment will help fuel this growth through advocacy, community partnerships and public affairs.

Bianco Bezich brings over 20 years of experience and expertise in government affairs, community relations, and communications to Bancroft. Most recently, she made history as the second woman elected to public office in the Borough of Haddonfield. While serving as Mayor, Bianco Bezich built the Borough's first Public Affairs office, revitalized the Business Improvement District in the wake of COVID-19, and successfully secured the largest public funding award in the municipality's history to construct a new police department headquarters.

Bianco Bezich also led the Borough's affordable housing efforts, creating a novel policy to convert market-rate units to affordable units, and attracting millions of dollars to construct the Borough's first fully affordable, inclusive housing development.

Bianco Bezich comes to Bancroft from the CEO Office and Communications & Government Affairs at Glaxo Smith Kline (GSK). She previously practiced law, serving as a trusted advisor to numerous private clients, municipal entities, and governmental agencies in New Jersey. She was recently awarded the Camden County Martin Luther King, Jr. Freedom Medal for her commitment to community service in the region, and named as South Jersey Magazine's Super Woman of 2025.

Bianco Bezich holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in Anthropology and Journalism from Ithaca College, as well as a Master's Degree in Public Administration and a Juris Doctor from Rutgers University School of Law - Camden.
