Erika Solomon

Erika Solomon is responsible for implementing a Quality Improvement Department that will position PCA for performance and growth in alignment with PCA’s goals for the next 50 years.

Prior to taking this role, Erika was the Associate Director of Risk and Quality with Turning Points for Children, an affiliate to Philadelphia Health & Management Corporation (PHMC), for 8 years. Her experience also includes serving as Regional Training Lead at INROADS and managing welfare to work programs at Goodwill Industries of New Jersey.

Erika earned a BA in Sociology with a minor in African American Studies from Rowan University, and a Masters in Public Administration, from Rutgers University where she completed her Capstone Project on ‘Obtaining Meaningful Performance Outcomes in Non-Profit Organizations’.
