Carolyn Rammel

Aka “Sporty”. Happiest when outdoors. Asks the hard questions. Always listening. Has traveled throughout much of the world. Could eat sushi all day. Friends and family mean everything.

Carolyn is a seasoned executive and consultant, with 25 years of experience in the financial services, travel management, not-for-profit and consulting services industries.

During her tenure within the corporate marketplace, Carolyn successfully created and executed numerous business, marketing and joint venture initiatives. She built sales development and co-branded product relationships with domestic and international partners, and managed the day-to-day operations of many business units.

More recently as the Executive Director of a Philadelphia based non-profit organization, Carolyn was responsible for the oversight of all strategic, programmatic, human capital and financial operations as well as initiatives relative to governance, communications, partner and donor relations.

As a consultant, Carolyn uses her expertise in the areas of strategic planning, facilitation, marketing and project management to steward her clients towards new levels of transformation and success. Working with clients around the globe, Carolyn is skilled in managing and maximizing the cultural differences such global teams possess. Her capacity to listen, ask the direct questions as well as ensure collaborative and executable planning, are critical tools of her success.
