Jim is a senior executive with over 20 years of leadership, governance and corporate law experience in for-profit and nonprofit organizations. Jim advises client executives and boards of directors in the areas of strategic planning, governance, operations management and executive leadership.  Jim's internal firm responsibilities include operations and human resources support, organizational development and corporate legal oversight. From 2005, he served as President and CEO of the MidAtlantic Employers' Association (MEA), a member-based nonprofit organization. He writes and speaks regularly on human resources and workplace-related topics, and he is a well-regarded facilitator of training programs, executive roundtables and strategic level workshops.
